Management Consultants · Est. 2004
The Waterman Partnership has been delivering measurable performance improvements to financial services organisations since 2004. Our work spans insurance, superannuation, and banking — from front-line operations to executive leadership.
We specialise in implementing practical, sustainable change. Our approach combines rigorous analytical frameworks with deep operational expertise to deliver results that last — not just during the engagement, but long after we've left.
Our experience covers the full breadth of financial services operations: underwriting, claims, contact centres, treasury, trade services, payments, mortgages, account servicing, and policy administration — across Australia and internationally.
"The results from the work performed have created significant measurable improvements to the bottom line — generated from both growth initiatives and operational cost reduction."
The Waterman Partnership works with clients to optimise operational performance by applying a tried and tested Work Management System (WMS). Effective application of WMS tools and behaviours drives results — enabling productive use of resources and customer satisfaction through optimised service and quality.
Good tools and measurements account for only 20% of results. The behaviours and culture of an organisation drive 80%. Our approach focuses on building the right behaviours at every level — from the front line to the boardroom — supported by the right tools, not the other way around.
